Hi swee min, The password is full+free and you have to press shift and = to get a + if you are typing manually. If you are copying, don't copy any blank spaces and maybe you can check the copied content by pasting it in a notepad if it has any blank spaces. Also it will give such error if the overall length of the directory after extraction is very long so it is better if you extract to the root of the directory. Last but not the least, if you are getting an error related to a specific part, try to redownload that part and extract.
